The two most popular Asparagus Ferns (Asparagus plumosus and Asparagus densiflorus sprengeri) are grown for their beautiful and graceful foliage, which is often used in flower arrangements. Not ferns at all, these plants get their name from their fern-like appearance: light and airy and with lots of green leaves which are really needle-like branches.
